Family Origins (member of the American College of Heraldry) was established in 1986 to supply hand painted coats of arms and hand written histories to the trade. The founder of the business, Roy Hosford, then set about creating his own software so that basically anyone could start a business in the personalized gift industry without the knowlege of heraldry and ancient history. His intention was to offer high quality products, that could be created, instantly, with a normal computer and printer and to back this up with service second to none.
